Our room was wonderful, large, immaculately clean with everything you could need every day. 'We have spend 3 nights in the accomodation. The whole appartment was very clean and had all important ammenities. Good location, close to the center but in a quiet area. The beds were good and it is a great place if you have kids, like we, because of the room with a bunk bed. Please note that the kitchen is behind the room with the bunk bed and you can only access it from that room. The communication with the owner went smoothly. We highly recommend the appartment.'

'Charming hotel with beautifully decorated rooms. Location is perfect for visiting old and new Plovdiv. Very friendly and helpful owner. We had to leave early for the bus to Velikov and the owner arranged for an (homemade) early breakfast and a taxi to the bus-station.'

'Hotel zeer centraal gelegen. Prima Spa en ook het ontbijt is zeer goed. Vriendelijk personeel aan de balie. De housekeeping en hierdoor de hygiëne van het hotel, was waardeloos. Aan de receptie moeten vragen of er überhaupt iemand tijd had om onze kamer schoon te maken en schone handdoeken te brengen. Water koker op de kamer was kapot en hierdoor geen mogelijkheid om koffie/thee te zetten. Verschillende keren aangegeven aan de receptie zonder goede afloop. Douche bij zowel de sauna als gym erg...

'posizione perfetta, in pieno centro e super comoda per visitare tutta la città a piedi. Camera essenziale e pulita, ottima per un soggiorno di 2/3 notti. Personale della reception cordiale, ci ha anche organizzato il transfer per l'aeroporto. '

'I loved the property, and old wooden style house. I loved the room and the location. However, the male manager at check-out treated me like a criminal that would skip out on the bill. Very unprofessional. He took a credit card for room payment, but would only take cash for parking. It made me suspicious of his work.'
