Welcome to Maison Saule, an elegant house of character completely renovated in a 17th century farmhouse.
Located in the Clos de l'Arguenon, in a peaceful environment, it offers all the modern comforts for a rejuvenating stay just minutes from the most beautiful sites of the Emerald Coast.
Enjoy hotel-quality bedding, air conditioning in all rooms, a private terrace, a park of more than one hectare and a heated swimming pool.

La Maison Saule comfortably accommodates up to 4 travellers.

On the first floor:
* A bright living room of 30 m² with lounge area (TV, sofa bed)
* An open kitchen equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, induction hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. with a dining area (4 people)

Upstairs:
* Bedroom 1: a hotel-quality queen size double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a wardrobe
* Bedroom 2: two hotel-quality single beds of 90 x 190 cm, a wardrobe

All bedding is new and hotel quality.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds are made on arrival.

The house has reversible air conditioning in all rooms for optimal comfort in summer and winter.

The house is equipped with free wifi access (fibre optic)

A Weber charcoal barbecue is at your disposal.

The estate is surrounded by fields and offers a particularly quiet and relaxing setting.

You will also have access to the common areas (shared with two other houses of the Estate but not the owners):
* The park of more than one hectare
* The 10x5 m heated swimming pool, open in season (May to October depending on the weather)
* The petanque court
* The trampoline

The Clos de l'Arguenon is a place conducive to calm and relaxation. Parties and events are not allowed, but naturally leave room for convivial moments with family or friends.
