'Check in was great. Reception was great. Room was very dated, carpet needs changing (very bad). Shower was good, plenty of hot water. Lot of contractors staying at the hotel but was very quiet at night. Hotel allowed me to park my motorcycle under the overhang in front of the lobby. Very appreciative for that.'

'Staff made this a very terrible experience. Niece was attacked and beat-up by her MOM, then kicked out the house. I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. I also would like to share visual evidence & a cell phone video of that fight incident. '

'we had an issue with housekeeping on the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay when she took all towels and did not replenish and left the trash cans on the desk and counter, then another time i ran into her in the morning to find out what time she would be coming in to clean, she stated around 4pm but she never cleaned it. I addressed it with front desk and manager and was assigned a new housekeeper who did a wonderful job from 4th-8th day of our stay.'

'When I found where my room was located, I would have had to walk through a narrow walkway surrounded by construction materials and past some guy peeing in the bushes near the entrance of the walkway. I demanded another room elsewhere. Most of the room was shabby but clean - except for the one chair that was stained. In order to sit in it, I used a bathroom towel to cover it. By the way, at 8am when I went to get some of the free breakfast that was advertised, there was only a couple of old...

We were in between housing, and they were kind enough to extend our stay for an extra week while we searched for a home. That meant more than I can explain. 'The water pressure and temperature were so excellent BUT there is a definite need for a curved shower curtain to help keep the curtain from wrapping up against you while showering. '

'The Room needed A up grade very bad. The beds was really comfort. No info on the area. No tv guide. The tolet seat was broken. The furniture was broken and in bad shape. '

'Voor een hotel By Hilton had ik beter verwacht... Relatief kleine kamer. Bed had een kuil, douche was een kleine cabine. Het rook er naar natte hond. Wat kan kloppen want huisdieren zijn welkom. En geen open raam om te luchten. Handvat in de deur naar de douche viel er uit bij aanraking. NB je mag je huisdier dus meenemen wat positief is maar heb je bijv astma meldt dit eerst even bij de vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie. '
