Just 10 minutes from Plymouth State University charm, and under 30 minutes to your favorite ski mountains including Loon Mountain and Waterville Valley, with Tenney Mountain right in town! Contactless check-in is anytime after 4PM date of arrival and contactless checkout is by 10AM date of departure. Guests who book 2 nights in fall/winter/spring months please let us know if you require early check in and we will do our best to accommodate you!



We have kayaks (2 child 2 adult), paddle boards (2), a row boat,, peddle boat (new this year!), canoe, and dock available seasonally and all are included in the price of your reservation



Your dogs are part of the family, and they’re welcome too! We allow up to 2 dogs per stay, just choose "bringing a pet" when booking (a fee applies).
