SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT

The home features two private bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed, blackout shades to ensure restful sleep and TVs. The third sleeping space is an open loft that includes two additional queen beds and boasts a stunning view through the large living room windows, perfect for waking up to natural beauty.

CHEF'S KITCHEN

The beautifully designed chef’s kitchen includes a waterfall island, full-size stainless-steel appliances, and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and all the essentials you need to prepare gourmet meals or casual snacks during your stay. Olive oil, seasonings, whole coffee beans and ground coffee is provided, and is complimentary with your stay.

BATHROOMS

There are two full bathrooms in the home. One features a bathtub, ideal for a relaxing soak or bath time with the kids, while the other includes a sleek stand-up shower for a spa-like experience. Bathrooms are stacked with all the essentials (Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Q-tips, cotton pads, toothpicks, Hairdryer, towels and Bathrobes)

Step into your personal wellness retreat with a private indoor sauna that invites relaxation and detoxification. Just outside, under the deck, you’ll find a private hot tub—sheltered and serene—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

☀ Pets are permitted—a maximum of two pets per reservation are allowed for a fixed fee of $135. Please include pets in your booking request and review the house rules for pet etiquette. (No cats or other animals permitted).
☀Early check-in and late-check out requests are subject to host approval and availability ONLY and at $35 additional fee per hour.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To help ensure a safe and respectful stay for all guests and our community, please note the following:

-Minimum age to book is 25. The person booking must be present during the stay and is responsible for the group.

-A Burn Ban may be announced at any time by our community. While the fire pit is one of the key amenities of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time if and when there is a fire ban.

-Guests are expected to adhere to the speed limits within the community. Security vigorously monitors and enforces such speed limits. Any citations issued by security for speeding will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

-Guests with mobility issues should be aware that this home has two sets of stairs on the inside of the home and outside.

-No parties or unauthorized guests/pets are permitted.

-Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful nature of this area.

-Outdoor security cameras are installed for your safety and to monitor property boundaries. NO CAMERAS are located inside the home, on the deck, under the deck or the firepit area.
