'They didn’t clean our room properly (no hand towels) and when we called downstairs to ask for some they told us someone would be coming right up but no one ever came. The food menu in our room was the one from last fall, so it was useless. The food choices are very limited and of course quite expensive ($22 for Caesar salad). However the pool was gorgeous and we enjoyed it and the fire pit and all the outside seating. The exercise room was a little sparse but good enough for one person....

'My kids had fun you can just go to the indoor for your stay and they would love it. We did go to the outdoor one and it was great the wave pool is wayyyy bigger and waves are crazy fun but it’s was hotttttttt no shade really so make sure you got sun screen. We also tried the coaster and zip line the 1000 had me about to quit but I did it lol and I thought it would be nothing compared to the 4000. My kids who are 10 did not like the coaster lol I know every child is different but both of them...

'Ótima localização. Bom tamanho dos quartos. Camas confortáveis. Boa ducha. Infelizmente, a funcionária da recepção era ranzinza e mal educada, o que é uma pena, porque tratar as pessoas com gentileza e simpatia é basico. Cafe da manhã muito ruim, sem opções quentes, sem variedades de pãesnou frutas, enfim, ruim ate para os padrões americanos.'
