'First time here and I feel they need to address some people in the check in process the girl who works at the front desk was not welcoming.. I really wish I knew her name, light skin and had black hair with ponytail! She need to work on her customer service. Then we we asked front desk to put in a request for rooms to be cleaned just mainly bed.. I already put towels in a pile for them and trash in one space… but for us to come to the beds just thrown together is crazy!!! I wanted to to come...
