'Everything was great with the exception of the rude, disconnected, nonchalant, and unpleasant hotel clerk who was at the desk when we checked out at 12:23 pm, Monday, June 22, 2026. That clerk has the customer service skills of brick wall. She was not hospitable at all, and certainly not an asset for your hotel. Her name is TT. She was relieved at 3:00 pm.'

'Schoon maar basic. Auto kun je gratis voor de deur parkeren, ontbijt is minimaal ook al hou je dan al rekening met de basic Amerikaanse ontbijten vergeleken met Europa. Gehorig, matig wifi en dat is lastig als je voor zaken van dit hotel gebruik maakt. Vriendelijke receptie.'

'This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty...

'I rarely write a negative review, but this “resort” was way below expectations. We did not see anything that would warrant all the glowing reviews. The building was extremely worn and out of date. Walls were peeling, carpeting worn out , furniture was chipped, the cable tv was from decades ago- limited channels and no HD, the amenities were scarce. Positives were the bed and the shower was excellent.'

'I have visited in past years and noticed that most of the daily activities have been cut. There used to be sand art, tattoos, donut decorating, reptile show, and silent disco. This all has been replaced by two activities: yoga and a dance party. I was disappointed to see these activities are no longer on the schedule.'

'I would never tell anyone to stay at this old, run down place. No amenities in the room, room very small & old. Steps to building very dangerous. Room had a full bed, small round table, a chair & an old TV. Very old A/C unit. Bathroom so small you could hurt yourself in it. Din't even supply wash cloths. I woould rate it a 0 on a scale of 1 to 10. They should pay people to stay there, not the other way around. You are making a big mistake having them on your list of places to stay'

'Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Our room was "City view" and it was a bit loud but they give ear plugs. I would recommend a portable fan or white noise to help. It didn't effect our sleep. My husband and I stayed 2 nights and went hiking. Ricketts Glen State Park and Falls were 1 hour 20 minutes away and well worth the travel there and back for a great day trip. The falls were amazing! Also, hiked Bushkill Falls which was 20 minutes...
