Quick get away
Nick’s home had everything that we needed to work during the day and adventure out on the weekend. I highly recommend this house for family and friend trips, Lake Naomi is so close to everything, shopping, restaurants and wineries.

This property and facilities are top class, what a wonderful vacation. The host was extrmeley accmodating. I would highly reccomend this property to anyone. Very nice place. Description had hot tub under amenities so was disappointed when we got there and there wasn't one. Probably would have picked another had I known that. Very clean and well stocked with everything needed. No cable though...only apps on tv...didnt like that much either. Host Nick was easy to reach if needed.

Great vacation!
We enjoyed the property and surrounding activities. We had 8 people, there was more than enough room. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The Private driveway accommodated 2 grand caravans. It was one of the best vacations we’ve taken as a family and the nicest properties we’ve started at. Location, location, location!
We SO enjoyed our stay at this cozy Lake Naomi Club home this past week! Located perfectly between the main club beach and the large Lake Naomi Club pool, this getaway was an ideal place for this family of 5, plus grandparents to call home for 7 days! Be sure to purchase a temporary Lake Naomi Club membership if you want to enjoy all of the amenities offered in this wonderful community. Our family participated in golf, tennis, swimming & dining options within the Timber Trails community as well as the dining, music & swimming on the main beach. The large pool is AWESOME! Community Center offered indoor recreation on cooler days as well as outdoor activities such as playground, baseball, volleyball & “Gaga ball court” . Our first Pocono vacation was certainly a hit with the grandkids as this community as it all! Thank you, Nick, for sharing your home with us. We would certainly love to return again in the future.

Great Family Time
My husband, daughter, son-in-law, 2 granddaughters and I were really happy with our home away from home in the Poconos. The house is well supplied with everything you need for a relaxing time with your loved ones. There is plenty of space for family time as well as alone time. The location is great and restaurants close by. Nick, the host and owner, is awesome to deal with, and always available to answer questions. Excellent and clean property
A great location that, while located in a development, still makes you feel like you’re in the woods. This was our first family vacation outside of our own beach house, and it went great - thanks to the amenities at the property. Our toddler was enthralled my the toys and the layout of the homes central great room was great for keeping an eye on energetic little ones. Will definitely return at some point!

So relaxing!!!
My Family travels a lot and Nick’s place has been one of the nicest homes we have ever visited! The pictures don’t do it justice. The minute you walk in and see the beautiful sunlight streaming through all of the windows and skylights, you feel right at home. Everything was well appointed and super clean! The bedrooms each have a king sized bed and are very spacious! The property is gorgeous! It’s a short walk to the lake and the area is beautiful. Plus, Walmart is only 10 minutes away for anything you may have forgotten and GREAT restaurants close by! You have to try Jubilee when you’re there…excellent food! Nick is SUPER nice, helpful and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for sharing your amazing home, Nick! We love it!

Excellent!!!
We enjoyed staying at this property in Pocono Pines. The description was exact!!!! We loved having access to all the Lake Naomi Membership (additional, but worth it!) offered. Nick was very helpful and easily reached. We thought we would have great weather, but there were other plans for our “spring break”. When faced with a little snowstorm everything we needed was there to help us. Upon arrival we were concerned with being able to shovel and lo and behold a shovel awaited us. Access was easy and we enjoyed sitting by the cozy fireplace to warm up from our “wintery” drive. We enjoyed almost 7 days in the home. The beds were comfortable. The house was well stocked with anything you could ask for from plates, cups, spices, foil, paper towels, soaps, and so much more. Silly, but not everywhere you stay has everything so readily available. It was a blessing because we couldn’t drive anywhere due to the roads the evening we arrived. If you love coffee they even had a coffee grinder to grind your own beans. We especially loved having a piano (if you play) it was nice to sit and just play a while. I loved having king size beds in all the rooms. We would stay again. Grateful for the enjoyable time. Ps. It did warm up and we enjoyed many of the amenities offered in spring throughout the neighborhood and the Lake Naomi Club. Great time! Check them out. You won’t be disappointed with this home.

Home Away From Home Near the Lake
We loved our stay, the home, and the clubhouse amenities at the Lake Naomi Club. We have stayed at 6 or 7 different Pocono homes; this is one of our favorites in this part of the Poconos. Our kids loved the playroom, their bedroom, and their own on-suite bathroom, too! The indoor pool at Lake Naomi was a huge hit for our April stay for my children's (age 9 and 4) spring break. The house was clean, well kept, and the features were nice. We used the firepit to make S'mores for two nights. My husband really liked the higher-end propane grill outside. The kitchen appliances were good; they even had a coffee grinder for whole beans. Their knives were sharp, and the pots and pans were in decent shape. They include shampoos, soaps, towels, sheets, and paper products. That was such a nice touch. We felt like the house was like our home for a whole week. We recommend that you beware of the hanging chandelier above the dining table. It's an attack chandelier! It kept going after me and my husband (it hangs low). The kids were safe, though :-) We hope to return to this home. Nick was an excellent host and was very nice to check in on us to make sure we had all we needed—which we did.

We loved staying here. It's bright and clean, and also feels cozy at the same time - more than we expected. The sun room has many toys and games that our young kids loved. The kitchen appliances are like new, and the fireplace added a really nice touch. Gorgeous home. Nick was a great host. Some advice: be aware that the optional community amenities are roughly $300+ additional cost, get groceries near route 80 before arriving (20 mins away), and the supplied soap/shampoo is perfect for men but women/girls might want to bring additional conditioner for long hair.

Comfortable for two families, 4 adults, children, and pets. This is a very nice property that is centrally located to many Pocono attractions. The highlight of the stay for us was the kids room. It was fully stocked with enough toys and play things to occupy children for the entire stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved that there was a king size bed in each room, it was a quiet location but short trip to Camelback and Kalahari for us. Check in was super simple and owner responded quickly when we forgot wifi password. We stayed for winter activities but my family is already talking about coming back for summer fun!

Second time’s a charm!
We spent two weeks in April 2021 and now a week in Winter 2022. The beds are the best, all king size and comfortable. The cleanest home we have ever rented. Furniture and rooms are exactly as pictured and lovely. The view out of every window is gorgeous! Great for relaxing and enjoying family time. Great location to our favorite family restaurant since 2000, The Jubilee! We love this house and the amazing and responsive owners. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay with family!
I chose Nick’s home because he had great reviews and from the photos his home looked great for our family of five (4 people including one 13 year old girl, 10 year old girl and one sweet golden doodle). Nick reached out to us prior to our stay letting us know that he would be available to answer any questions that we had at any time. When we arrived we found the home even nicer than the photos! The place was immaculate. We brought food to cook which was great because the kitchen was fully equipped with pots and pans -anything you’d need to make a nice family dinner. If we wanted to go out there were plenty of places that were recommended by Nick (find them on the entryway table). We enjoyed Jubilee as it was super close by and had a cozy county family feel. We would go back “home” and enjoy the warm fireplace, watched movies in the den and relaxed while watching the snow fall outside. We enjoyed skiing at big Boulder at night and Jack Frost during the day. Nick was extremely accommodating as we had booked only two nights but due to a snow storm on Long Island we needed to stay another night. He allowed us to stay the extra night with really no notice. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay! Our girls were only disappointed one time…when we had to leave! We will definitely be booking with Nick again!

We really enjoyed staying at Nick's house. It was nicely decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve some great meals. The sunporch was very homey and a great place from which to watch the snow fall. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. Nick left a lot of information for us in addition to the guide book he sent us in advance. I highly recommend this property and will likely check to see if it's available the next time we plan to be in the area. Thanks, Nick!

Wonderful home for the holidays
We've rented a different property at least twice a year for 4 years, and I have to say this home was the most well stocked for kitchen items as well as paper goods. I didn't have to bring anything extra (besides my own cast iron pan, spices, and a knife, which I always bring with me regardless of the place). I've rented other places where no garbage bags, paper towels or TP was provided - yes, it's not required, but it makes for a much more pleasant stay when they are. If you plan to cook, you'll be all set. Even a coffee maker and electric kettle are available. The home itself was wonderful. Clean, roomy and pet friendly. I didn't need to contact the owner once during our stay, everything was explained clearly in the documents. and we had no issues at all during our stay. It's minutes from Jubilee restaurant, which is a family fave. The community center was also great since the snowboarding conditions weren't good during our week, so we did a lot of swimming and shooting hoops indoors. Definite 5 stars, for the place, the accomodations, and the excellent communication from the owner.

Highly recommended on all levels
We just returned from a week at this home. From booking to departure was excellent. The house is spotless.. nicely decorated and has everything you could possibly need. There is an E-guide there when you arrive which gives you all helpful info on the house as well as things to do, restaurants, activities etc. Nick was wonderful from start to finish. Had a few questions and he answered within minutes. We were able to bring our dog which was a big plus. I hope to return at some point.

Great escape place - our brief visit was filled with fun. It's great going to a nice place where even the neighbors houses look great. Our property was gorgeous! The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed good meals nearby. We were visited in the back yard by deer, squirrels, and chipmunks and even had a brief visit by a bear looking over our trash cans. I would highly recommend this vacation spot. Nick, the owner, is extremely accomodating and helpful.

Communication with owner was top notch, sometimes within minutes. Don't need to pack much more than your personal belongings. Kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of plates/glasses/cup/silverware but bring your own spices etc. Lots of paper products/ soaps/cleaning supplies and sheets/towels. The house was clean with perhaps a bit of cosmetic repairs needed . It took a bit of time to figure out how the TV's and remotes worked...instructions would be nice. Community and neighbors were friendly and quiet. A great trip to a great home with a super great host! Thanks Nick for sharing it will us.

A Lake Naomi Gem!
First I just have to mention the beds are amazing! Unbelievably comfortable King size Mattresses in all 3 bedrooms! Excellent WiFi, 2 family members worked from the house. The house is spacious with comfortable furniture. Any window you look out of is beautifully green! We enjoyed every minute and booked another week in October!
