Schöner Aufenthalt in der obersten Etage mit Meerblick. Das Essen in Buffetform war morgens und abends recht gut. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers hätte besser sein können. Dennoch klare Empfehlung und wir kommen gerne wieder.Parkplätze waren genug vorhanden und kostenlos.

It was ok.
Our stay was just ok. The staff during check in was friendly but I was surprised by how rude everyone was during breakfast. It was obvious that the guy cooking eggs was extremely unhappy about everything and the cleanup crew didn’t care. Overall, the place was fine but I’m glad our stay was short.

Nice stay overall but it'd be great if hotel is updated a little more such as furniture, lobby area or the sunshades at the beach which is conveniently right in the front! Walking distance to the downtown nearby but don't expect any fancy dining- all very casual, some have good comfort food.

Masodszor jártunk a hotelben, és most is 3 éjszakát töltöttünk el. A reggeli bőséges és nagy a választék. A hotel területén működő Culinaris éttermet erdemes kipróbalni. Hétfőn és penteken szenzációs a BBQ vacsora. A szobák tiszták és kényelmesek. Nagyon jók a medencék, és a medencék melletti bár is kiváló!

The location is extraordinary and the staff is more than friendly, especially Petra and Marin at reception are very special. All facilities such as bar, gym, pool are excellent and the place maintains a very familiar atmosphere. The food is very good and the service staff do their umtmost to make their guests happy. Waste of money!
We stayed here one night and could not wait to leave early morning this hotel. Felt like being on a 70s cruise ship with very touristy atmosphere. Had to pay for parking even there was free parking all around the town near to the hotel. Breakfast was terrible, untasty food and was not filled up when finished. Juices especially were very below horrible. Staff talked us all the time german and the hotel was only having german tourist groups. There are so many amazing and beautiful hotels and apartments in Croatia that I cannot find any reason to stay in this pricey “resort”.

What I liked about the property: * adults only * appropriate music at the pool and in the bars * most of the staff was friendly * fitness activities were good * good entertaining programme in the evenings What I did not like: * being a solo traveller I was given a room without a balcony ( the only one in the hotel:-( * the information said that if you have booked AI packet free massage for 30 minutes is included. I was offered it as a compensation for the room without a balcony * for the stay of 9 days only 1 small bottle of shampoo and conditioner was provided * the food was average.

Très contents de la restauration et de son personnel, établissement très bien, piscine et bord de mer très agréables. Par contre, certaines boissons des différents bar (pina colada) et leurs personnel déplorables. Nous avons été bien accueilli à notre arrivée et le personnel relativement sympa sauf « Mare » qui est détestable, elle n’a pas sa place dans un hôtel 4*. Notre chambre était très bien et très propre. Dommage que le pseudo parking soit une affaire de racket.

Hotel Sensimar Makarska
We booked this as a one night stopover en route to Split, not realizing this was a closed/all inclusive type of resort rather than just a hotel. Resorts that create their own atmosphere insulated from the local community aren't really our type of travel experience, but the room was clean and comfortable. The beach was a delight, with ample lounge chairs on the pebble beach available for guests. What the resort lacked in local charm, it made up with in its gracious staff. The breakfast buffet was massive, so it was nice to have a substantial meal before heading out for our day. If you enjoy a resort environment, then this would likely be a good fit. If you enjoy a little more character and local charm like we do, then there may be better options in the surrounding area.

Mye feil informasjon fra resepsjon som gjorde at oppholdet ble uhyggelig. Planen var å ta 2 netter ekstra men etter mange episoder med resepsjon ble det nok. Selve sjefen for resepsjon mangler service instinkt og de var lite interessert i å rette feilene. Vi har hatt all inclusive men har gått glipp både av middagen og kveldsmat grunnet manglende og feil informasjon.

Strand nær hotellet; egen strand og flotte bademuligheter i sjø, få folk. Oppvarmet basseng; mer enn stort nok og pent bassengområde rundt inklusive bassengbar, ved begge basseng. Strandpromenade; Igrane hvor hotellet ligger er en liten landsby med en kort og sjarmerende promenade. Hotellfasiliteter ellers: fenomenalt blid og trivelig betjening, aktiviteter en kan velge, flinke folk på SPA; meget god massasje; anbefaler Deep T og rygg/nakke. Snedig å ha leid bil så en får med seg litt av omgivelsene om man vil ha svingete fjellveier mer svingete og smal enn Trollstigen, mer liv i form av utesteder/restauranter/butikker. Fenomenal buffet til både frokost, lunch og middag på hotellet! Takk for oss!

Hôtel avec de bonnes prestations
Un très bon hôtel 4* avec du personnel très aimable. Un service de restauration au top avec des produits frais et appétissant. Je vous le conseille vivement. Prévoir voiture de location si vous faites des visites.

Very nice hotel close to the beach.
We had great views from our room. Didn't use the beach because the pebble surface but found a very nice infinity pool. Weather great almost too hot! Staff very friendly and efficient. Very clean hotel. Plenty of good musical entertainment. Room slightly on the small side. Only slight weakness. There was plenty of choice with the food but I didn't think that the quality was great. Also too many repeats, especially on starters. Overall though, a very enjoyable holiday.
