Luxury villa with a beautiful view of the Dalmatian islands and the city of Split. The villa has 280 m2, and the capacity is 8+4. It has a private outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sun terrace equipped with deck chairs, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. It extends over three floors, two of which are available to guests. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, TV and private bathroom. The villa has private parking for 3 cars. Breakfast is included in the price, some of the foods that are included: eggs, sausages, croissants, pastries, 3 types of cereals, coffee, tea and so on, by agreement there is the possibility of serving gluten free and vegetarian breakfast. If you are interested in a boat trip, arrange it directly with the owner of the villa, who will organize the trip for you with an exclusive discount of 15%. The residence tax is paid upon arrival. A deposit is required in cash (EUR 500.00) upon arrival, you will get this amount back upon departure, provided everything was in order (no damage).
