'Wow, the San Giorgio was an amazing experience for my wife and myself. The owner took personal interest in making sure everything was great, had good recommendations, and the food at the hotel was amazing--the flavours of the tomato/mozzarella salad are still dancing around in my mind! 'This is a really great little hotel. Perfect location, walkable to everything. The manager met us at the ferry and carried our bags up to the hotel( loads of stairs). The breakfast was made to order with many options and was delicious. The staff were all hard working and helpful. The room was smaller but very clean and had a view of the water! Would definitely recommend while staying in Hvar.'

'The hotel staff greeted us upon our ferry arrival in Hvar. The guy was extremely friendly and helped carry out bags up a crazy amount of stairs to get to the hotel entrance. He also then delivered them to our room up more stairs after efficiently checking us in. Our room was very pretty and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was also nice.'

'We were very happy with our accommodations and the owner was very kind and helpful. People with mobility or health issues should be aware it is a bit of a climb from the downtown area. However, this seems to be the normal for the area, and there are taxis which can transport you if the climb is too challenging. The tradeoff is once you get to the apartment, the views are stunning and well worth the climb. We would recommend.'

'Fantastic host who was so welcoming and did everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Nothing was too much trouble including an early check-in despite being very busy. Lots of thoughtful touches in the room and reception including dressing gowns, wine glasses and opener, coffee machine, fridge etc. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room at the requested time. Rooms are conveniently located just 10 minute walk to Hvar Old Town centre. Would highly recommend. '

'Goed hotel in Hvar met vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie aan de rand van het centrum. Er zijn voldoende ligbedden beschikbaar aan het zwembad. Er zijn enkele luxere twee persoons ligbedden met matras beschikbaar aan het zwembad. Tijdens het ontbijt waren de broodjes / croissantjes soms op, maar deze werden meestal snel en warm bijgevuld. Daarnaast waren de normale bedden goed. Wij raden het aan om dit hotel te boeken. '
