'The facility met all expectations as a basic, older, roadside motel in a small, rural town, run by a family who lives next to property. It was clean, but furniture and interior spaces are dated and worn. It served the purpose of an overnight stay prior to a kayak trip the next day.

'The room exceeded our expectations. They need to update the picture on the website. The effort was noticed. The railings were freshly painted as were the rooms and all new flooring. Room for improvement- no blanket on the bed. The bedspread was a decorative thin sheet. I slept in my clothes. I brought my own pillow. Glad because the pillows were completly flat. We only got 2 towels for 4 people and when we asked for a few more towels, we couldn't get them. Shower was hot and the room was clean....
