Million Dollar Open-Water View on Lakefront with 2-Story Dock

This is an elevated beach house...on the point of a point on the lake...and (we believe) is the highest open-water view on this section of the lake. We have all 10-star reviews.

Lake home with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, open floor plan perfect for hanging out with friends and family! Panoramic, gorgeous views from the oversized (newly improved) 2-story deck (shade lower, sun upper). Master (queen bed) with bath (shower) and two guest bedrooms (queen bed in one, full/twin and twin/twin bunks in the other) share the second bath (tub/shower). Two fold-out sofas are necessary to use if more than 8 or 9 guests (and you must move one of them to fold out both).

Ground-level features a screened-in porch with dimmable lighting, Amazon POP speakers (bluetooth or streaming on our SiriusXM or Amazon music accounts), five ceiling fans and a cornhole game setup inside. Two large grassy areas with a 140-foot bulkhead water frontage for fishing and swimming. Firepits top (house level) and bottom (lakeside) with firewood provided. Two kayaks and a canoe, with life-preservers for adults and older kids (you will need your own for toddlers/infants). Rods and reels for amateurs (pros would be disappointed, so bring your own). Amazing lighting throughout the home, screen room and on the grounds.

The boat dock is two-story dock and is shaded on bottom with plenty of seating and more Amazon POP speakers, and the upper deck is great for sunbathing by day or stargazing by night. If you want to use either lift for an additional fee, please advise in your reservation or inquiry.

The water level at our bulkhead is ~ 3 ft deep, making it a nice area to float with the young ones. Since you cannot see the bottom and there is no lifeguard, no diving and swim at your own risk. Watch the little ones closely, as the perimeter fence does not block waterline access.

Dog friendly with a fenced-in yard for a $25 per night PER DOG fee up to 3 dogs (VRBO's quote to be manually adjusted if you have more than one dog or we can make alternate arrangements for payment). Dogs are not to be left alone on the property and are not permitted on beds or furniture, please. IF YOU ARE BRINGING PETS PLEASE LET ME KNOW TYPE(s) OF PET, NUMBER OF PETS AND THEIR WEIGHTS IN YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST. There is no fence preventing an old, clumsy, or careless pet from falling in the water over the bulkhead or dock and there is no way for an animal to get out on their own - so please watch them when loose.

This is a non-party, non-event, non-smoking property (smoking outside or on the deck is fine provided you leave no trace) but a great and quiet place for a small group of friends or family to get away from it all where we hope you'll treat our property like you would your own. Security cameras monitor the portico (2) and boathouse (2) but will be turned off upon arrival (unless you want the portico cameras left on to record motion for your vehicles).

We are in a gated community with minimal traffic -- safe for kids to ride bikes with helmets -- and a fantastic community pool. Your name will be left with the ranger at the gate for initial entry and we have two key cards for your continuing access during your stay. Nice getaway, only a little more than an hour from Houston.
