Prachtig hotel met een fantastisch restaurant
Dit bijzondere, in een voormalig klooster gesitueerde hotel ligt hartje stad, heeft mooie kamers, prima bedden, stijlvolle aankleding, een erg goed restaurant, en een parkeergarage op loopafstand.

Clim bloquée volontairement à 25* par l’hôtel dans les chambres dont celles exposées plein sud l’après-midi, j’ai eu très chaud dans la chambre et il faisait plus frais dans les parties communes de l’hôtel. Obligé de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et d’être réveillé par la lumière du jour à 5h40. Je n’y reviendrai pas en période estivale et je le déconseille.

Superb staff, lovely building, quiet but in easy walking distance to the old town. If coming by rail take a taxi as it's a steep walk up.

Très bon séjour. Hotel très bien placé. Personnel de l'hôtel au petit soin. Deux points négatifs seulement : Manque parfois d'isolation phonique entre les chambres (au 4ème étage on entend le voisin) et petit déjeuner pas suffisamment garni à partir de 8H30-9H (manque d'anticipation du personnel pour réapprovisionner les différents plats (pas de pain, les oeufs qui arrivent froids..etc)

A hotel gem
Very well located. close to shopping, restaurants and many historical sites. Unusual rooms, beautifully laid out. Comfortable bed, great shower and very good reception staff.Found the restaurant overpriced with surly, standoffish waitstaff.

Check in and out was super fast and friendly. Restaurant is wonderful. Room was extremely clean and recently remodeled/decorated. Everything worked perfectly. Super silent. Walking distance from train station and downtown. My (minor) regret was that the pillows and duvet were not made of dawn but of synthetic material which doesn’t breathe well.

tout c'est très bien passé , j'ai juste regretté le manque de connaissance de la ville de la part des réceptionnistes En revanche le personnel est très prévenant et à l'écoute des demandes

Disappointing
Felt like a bait and switch. I booked the most expensive room they had off of the room photos with the beautiful vaulted ceilings and ended up in the handicapped room with fake ceilings, dirty chipped bathroom tiles. It was also a bit noisy all night - I think I could hear people moving ini the room upstairs. Also no one offered to help with luggage and they had lost my dinner reservation despite my email confirmation. The room feels old and worn and not regal like advertised. Super disappointed for the price.
