'Good price point for a two bedroom apartment. We were on 10th floor so minimal noise. Location is so convenient with bus interchange and train station less than 3 minute walk. Room serviced everyday. Really enjoyed having wash machine in the room with laundry powder provided. Staff were very friendly and helped us swap out worn out items such as iron, fry pan and oven tray. They even provided an air dryer for clothes when we asked. Amazing views of Mount Eden and CBD Skyline. Only let downs...

'Ons verblijf in Proximity Apartments in Manukau was op zich goed. De kamer zag er goed verzorgd uit, alles wat netjes schoon. Alleen was het jammer dat wij aan de voorkant van het hotel aan een groot plein sliepen op deze vrijdagavond, want er was tot zeer diep in de nacht veel muziek en druk gepraat op de terrassen van de bars, die aan dit plein en bij de mall gesitueerd waren.'

'My family enjoyed our stay here. There were more rooms than our numbers and lots of bathrooms. It was also so clean. Communication was prompt and Michael (host) was kind enough to be flexible with our checkin/checkout time. We had everything we needed. Rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer and many more. I highly recommend this space. We will for sure book again if we ever have the chance to visit New Zealand again. '

'From January to April I stayed in the one bedroom flat and the hosts could not do enough for me, making it feel like a home from home.. The place is modern, clean and light and it has a shower to die for as a bonus. if you want to exercise there is a lovely coastal walk behind the property it's also very close to the airport. 'We like this house - it has 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The showers were really good. The beds comfy enough - although some of our group found they needed another blanket. It is super clean. You need a degree to work out the stove & micowave but between us we figured it out.Lots of parking and easy to find.Quiet enough for Auckland.The house needs some maintenance - door bars need replacing in toilet and top of stairs.One sliding door to bedroom was off the rails and would not open close...

'This was such a lovely place to stay. I came here to get over my jetlag before my trip abd it was just perfect. Local dairy/shop, takeaway, lovely river walk straight out of the garden, easy to catch the bus into town.Slept well with a comfy bed, nice powerful shower and great kitchen with plenty of space.Lots of films and programmes on the amazon prime with the TV.The owner and his wife offered to pick me up anything from the supermarket if I needed it. Really kind people thank you. '
