'We were visiting relatives in this area, so the proximity to family was very handy. The accommodation is near major Motorway and off ramps. We knew this before booking so didn't bother us much, but could for others. The room we booked was spacious, clean and had everything we wanted. The kitchenette was well stocked. 'Ons verblijf in Proximity Apartments in Manukau was op zich goed. De kamer zag er goed verzorgd uit, alles wat netjes schoon. Alleen was het jammer dat wij aan de voorkant van het hotel aan een groot plein sliepen op deze vrijdagavond, want er was tot zeer diep in de nacht veel muziek en druk gepraat op de terrassen van de bars, die aan dit plein en bij de mall gesitueerd waren.'

'My family enjoyed our stay here. There were more rooms than our numbers and lots of bathrooms. It was also so clean. Communication was prompt and Michael (host) was kind enough to be flexible with our checkin/checkout time. We had everything we needed. Rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer and many more. I highly recommend this space. We will for sure book again if we ever have the chance to visit New Zealand again. '

'Our stay at this property had a mix of positives and disappointments. The house itself was spacious and well laid out, with plenty of room for our immediate family to spread out, but also gather around the table for shared meals. The beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.However, the outdoor areas let us down. The pool—which was a key reason we booked this place—was not in a usable condition. 'From January to April I stayed in the one bedroom flat and the hosts could not do enough for me, making it feel like a home from home.. The place is modern, clean and light and it has a shower to die for as a bonus. if you want to exercise there is a lovely coastal walk behind the property it's also very close to the airport. Thanks for a great stay and looking after me so well '

'We were a group of friends looking for a weekend out somewhere. This property is great and cosy. The outdoor area was amazing as well to hang out, and the beach is right in front of the house! The host was very helpful and responsive, will recommend this! '

'The property is near new, nice and tidy. The property is easy to get to once we were made aware of the number. The advertising of the property suggests it is a 4-bedroom house, it is actually a 3-bedroom house with a separate unit on the section that is not attached to the main house. The unit is fully equipped for 2 people. The parking was difficult to get into with a large car. The kitchen has minimal equipment, 4 forks, 5 knives, 6 cups, when the property sleeps 8.'
