'We enjoyed our stay at Bar Peepal. Our room was clean, comfortable and fairly quiet. I was surprised to find that they aren't able to include a top sheet on the bed. The staff are excellent. Breakfast is very nice. The food is generally very good. I appreciated that the produce grown on the hotel's farm is featured in most dishes. 'We chose this hotel to relax and recover from staying in hospital in Kathmandu after a urinary infection. We had stayed there for two days, during which it rained and hailed a lot and because there is nothing else on walking distance we ate all meals in the hotel’s restaurant. During these two days there were hardly any guests, which made us worry how they managed to stay open.
