'Got put into an uncleaned room. Complained and the woman behind the frontdesk didn’t want to do anything about it. Acted like there was no other room in the hotel I could sleep in. Unfriendly and uninterested during both check-in and my complain. '

'HUGE room/suite. Everything was clean and in working order. Bed comfy and toiletries were fine. Fridge was ridiculously noisy. Don't like that you can't have bathroom light on without fan running. I'm too short to change the type/pressure of shower head, but plenty of hot water at all times. Would have liked glasses/cups by bathroom sink. 'I love this place. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. It's clean, quiet, well located. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.'

Parking: the parking lot was ok; but getting into the...

'Well cared for Victorian Inn. Very comfortable rooms, each with a slightly Bohemian flair to the antique furnishings. Off street parking, close to amenities. Host was fabulous- friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. Will return'

'The only complaint was the door leading to the basement is very dangerous. My children thought it was the bathroom door and fell down the stairs. Other then that the stay was great!!'
