'This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. I didn't have breakfast, but I passed the area it was in, and it looked nice. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn. (I was in town for an event in Murrysville and I chose to go...

'Key card not available, I had no keys for my whole stay and had to wait for someone to come let me in my room, hence did not feel safe or comfortable. Credit card system was down, they only accepted cash. Not staying here again.'

'the room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent , the staff was very friendly too.
the negative are parking lot pavement was old and all cracked up, really needs a resurfacing now.
the elevator carpet was very dirty and ripped across the front of it
we didn't have yfi 2 out of the 3 days

'Our flight required us to be at the airport at 3 am, so we didn't use the shuttle so I can't comment. The staff was nice and helpful, the hotel was clean and close to the airport. The problem is parking. I guess since many people leave their car there when they travel, there isn't enough parking. We went out at 1 am and 30 min later, when we returned, our spot was taken and the lot was full. But I would stay there again.'

'Hotel was okay... I think they are going through renovations? Items were for sale in the lobby... walls scratched in the hallway on the way to the room. Breakfast was okkkkk. Went to Starbucks after ha ha. Just stayed one night, so it was fine. The lady at the front desk was super nice.'

'Did not like had to take shuttle to/from the airport parking lot to the hotel since the people mover closed. Was way more convenient to walk out the door onto the people mover directly into the airport. Hard to believe its cheaper to pay for more busses and drivers than just maintaining the walkway.'

'I have stayed in many hotels in PGH. This was amazing and within walking distance of a bus that goes straight to the Ott campus and beyond. I loved its quirkiness! If you are young it has a nice bar. And even though it does not have a restaurant or serve more than coffee, they have tables for guests to bring their food and eat. Thoughtful!'
