Nestled in the heart of the verdant Pollença topography, surrounded by far reaching mountain vistas, Can Reus provides a variety of shady niches, grassy nooks and leafy terraces amongst its lovingly tended garden, as cobbled stone paths meander from the enchanting pool area to this comfortable, endearing home.
A stone clad front porch, engulfed in a cluster of intertwining vines - complete with rocking chair, instantly becomes firm favourite as a shady retreat, for sipping ice cold lemonade at the height of the midday sun, surpassed only by the grand, pièce de résistance balcony on the first floor, with ornate balustrades, terracotta tiles and infinite views across the panorama, interrupted only by the majestic Puig de Maria.

Poolside, a large summer kitchen with barbecue extends from the ornate sun terrace that encircles a good sized pool. Table tennis and an undercover hot tub complete the scene, bringing promise of lazy days and chilled out evenings under the stars within the grounds of this picturesque country home.  

Inside, furnishings depict traditional Pollença charm distributed over two levels, with characterful touches to compliment more recent additions that facilitate conveniences of day to day living. Two separate living rooms (one on each floor), ensure ample space is to hand for all members of the group to spread out and claim their own favourite recess, either to immerse themselves in the latest novel, catch up on social media antics or simply switch off completely and relax. A small farmhouse kitchen provides all modern day facilities and sits between the interior dining area and a path leading outside to the pretty poolside dining terrace.

With fine dining bistroes, tapas bars, boutiques and a fabulous bustling local market amidst the cobbled streets of Pollença just a few minutes’ drive along the road, Can Reus really does offer the best of both worlds.

The sandy beaches of Puerto Pollença and Cala San Vincent are also easily accessible, whilst keen golfers can enjoy a round on one of the more popular greens close by.
