Can Verd is a delightfully refurbished country ‘finca’ with a private swimming pool and stunning views towards the UNESCO Tramuntana Mountains, ideally located just minutes from the beautiful old town of Pollensa in the North of Mallorca! This country retreat comprises of a Main House orientated towards the southwest, with views of the stunning ‘Vall d’en Colonya’ Valley and the surrounding mountains, plus a Guest House.

The Interior …
Upon entering Can Verd, you are immediately welcomed by a rustic yet modernised atmosphere, characterised by white walls and beams, together with neutral tones and luxury furnishings. Many original features have been maintained including the beams and the beautiful archways. All contributing factors to creating such a charming atmosphere!
The main house was completely refurbished in 2019 with many improvements made, including brand new bathrooms with underfloor heating, as well as a new kitchen, hot/cold air-conditioning throughout and the garden has been beautifully redesigned.
The ground floor consists of a welcoming living area plus an additional seating area, together with a dining area and the beautiful well equipped kitchen. All easily accessible, with a great flow of living space. The ground floor also hosts a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. A staircase leads up to the first floor of the main house, where a further 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom can be found. In addition to this, there are 3 bathrooms (of which 2 are ensuite). All of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and well appointed. The L-shaped design offers access from every room on the ground floor to the beautiful stone terrace in front of the house.
In addition, there is a separate Guest Annex, which offers an extra double bedroom with a bathroom and a kitchenette including a fridge.
The property also offers a separate laundry room.

The Exterior ...
In true Mallorcan style, the house boasts an impressive stone façade and this combined with white shutters, offers a stunning exterior.
Can Verd occupies an extensive private plot which is extremely well maintained and offers a very pleasant outlook. There is a fantastic range of outdoor seating areas for relaxing and dining alfresco, complete with a fully equipped barbecue area. Top quality exterior furniture ensuring maximum comfort outside!
The uniquely shaped swimming pool is the central focal point of the exterior and is surrounded by a stone terrace area. The pool can be heated on request for an additional weekly cost. A pool fence is also available on request for the peace of mind of our parents with young children!

Can Verd is nestled in the countryside of Pollensa! The old town of Pollensa is a located at a few minutes’ drive to the property, where you will find an extensive range of facilities, services, restaurants and much more!
Walking distance to the 5-star Relais & Châteaux ‘Son Brull’ Hotel, where you will find their renowned Gastronomic Restaurant ‘The 3\65 Restaurant’, The Bistro Bar and a wonderful selection of facilities including a Wellness Spa and Tennis Courts.
For Golf Lovers, the ‘Golf Pollensa’ course with 9 holes is just over 1km from the Villa. The course occupies a stunning location overlooking the countryside and the Bay of Pollensa.
Whilst Hiring a Car is essential, there is some beautiful country walking routes around the Villa and you can actually walk into Pollensa in around 50 mins / just over 4kms.

- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- pool heating: is available for an additional 700 EUR per week.
- for bookings of less than 7 nights a cleaning fee of 300 euros will be applied.
