It is in an amazing location just at 350 metres from the sea, the pine walk that skirts the bay, and the main square. Inside, the apartment is of a modern design. It is very light and clean with white walls, wooden floors and bright white spotlighting. All the rooms are air-conditioned. Upon entering the flat, we can find the spacious lounge dining area with glass doors opening onto the large sunny balcony, which is nicely furnished with a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is also well equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of storage space.



The bedrooms comprises of two twin bedrooms with doors opening onto the balcony. There is a further bedroom with a single pull out bed and a shower room.



The main advantage is the fact that the sandy beach is five minute´s walk away and you have some wonderful Spanish restaurants on your doorstep to sample the local cuisine. This apartment is a great Holiday property situated in the heart of Puerto Pollensa. It is just a couple of minutes from the beach and all the cafes, restaurants and shops of the resort – there is a supermarket very close by too.
