'Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought. 'The room was very clean. The hotel is a bit difficult to find if you follow the map, luckily our taxi driver knew to find it. The receptionist Eleni was the best, so helpful, friendly and makes the best Aperol spritz! Thank you for taking great care of us. We also got a complementary airport transfer upon departure. 'Rooms have a quiet and convenient location. You are literally next to the beach- beautifully updated rooms and facilities with very comfortable beds. Room smelled AMAZING when we arrived and was super clean! The housekeeper lady is the sweetest- she welcomed us and we felt very safe and well taken care off during our stay. 'The property is brand new and very well designed. We stayed in one of bigger tents with a small pool. The beds are soft but not too soft and the inside and the outside of the tent is cosy and comfortable. Due to a heatwave the temperatures were very high. I never appreciated an aircon until now.
