'First, we asked two questions through the Expedia app and did not receive an answer. Second, apparently parking inside the gated community is not available. We were not given a code for the car gate. We waited untill a tenant opened it and followed them in. Then we had confusion because there are three entrys to the building, not one. Another tenant at the first entrance was rude, not helpful and told us to move our car. We found a wonderful tenant walking her dog. She put her car in the...

'The place was uncleanly, smelled, and was not provided any amenities really. Beds weren’t made and bedding seemed dirty. I was extremely disappointed for the large amount of money I spent on this rental and what I received. The photos did not match some areas of the apartment… for example, instead of a bathmat in the bathroom there was a doormat. It was really unpleasant. '
