Stone house, tastefully renovated in 2021, Nizon is an independent house, without vis-à-vis, very pleasant for holidays or short business stays, a stone's throw from the charming village of Pont-Aven. Located in the heart of the village of Nizon, remarkable for its listed church and calvary, the house is a 10-minute drive from the magnificent beaches of Tregunc and Nevez, and the coastal path for sumptuous walks.
The region offers many cultural and natural activities (Pont-Aven museum, Trealo chapel, GR34, walled town of Concarneau, Glénans islands, etc.).

The house:
First floor: fitted kitchen (oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, gas hob, coffee makers), open to a large living-dining room of 45 m2. 1 toilet on the first floor.
1st floor: 2 large bedrooms equipped with double beds (160 and 140) and a dressing room each. Also on this floor, bathroom with WC and shower.
2nd floor: 1 large bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 sofa bed and 1 children's travel cot (< 3 years old), 1 bathroom with toilet and sink.

The garden is enclosed, planted with trees and flowers: terrace, table, barbecue, sunbeds, hammock.

The rental is non-smoking, your pet is accepted with the prior agreement of the owner

You can park your car in front of the garage.
An electric charging socket is available (Greenup) with an extra charge (ask us).

Other equipment: washing machine, dryer, internet provided (fiber).

Bed linen and towels are provided on request at an extra cost.
