Maison Mitoyenne Située à 5 Minutes en Voiture du Centre Ville

You will be seduced by the view of the house on the vineyards and in the distance its hills... Not overlooked, quiet, you can enjoy the terrace and its small garden. The house is new and its decoration is rather contemporary...
The accommodation
The entrance of the house will lead you directly to a pretty living room which benefits from a large bay window and which offers our guests a superb view of the vineyards and its sunsets...
The slightly recessed kitchen is functional and well appointed.
The slightly raised terrace allows you to spend sunny meals! A bedroom with fitted cupboard and toilet are located on the first floor of the house.
Upstairs, there are 2 other bedrooms with a large bathroom with double sinks, a large walk-in shower and toilet.
The view from the rooms is just superb and it is possible to have your first morning coffee on the loggia with the sunrise!
