Villa Várzea is a centenary villa located on the West. Here our guests can enjoy nature and peacefulness away from the crowds. There are cats and birds roaming the gardens, and the beauty of the mountain in the background.

It is located on a small village, one minute from the main road that circles the island. Sete Cidades lakes and trails, Mosteiros beach and sunsets, and Ferraria thermal pool are all at a 10 minute drive. With a car you can easily navigate the rest of the island daily.

Your are booking the Grand House with 3 Suites + 1 Bedroom, that fits up to 8 guests, and includes living room, game room, yoga room, and kitchen, all for your private use, all organized as follows:

Ground Floor:
1 Suite with private bathroom (sleeps 2 person on a queen bed)
1 Single Room (sleeps 1 person in a single bed)
Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Area, Yoga Room and Extra Bathroom with Shower (could be used by the guest on the single bedroom)

First Floor:
1 Suite with private bathroom (sleeps 2 person on a queen bed)
1 Triple Suite with private bathroom (sleeps 2 people on a queen bed + 1 person in a single bed)
Game Room

The Villa has an upscale atmosphere with lots of space for your group to enjoy time together, but also private time in each suite.

There are other detached buildings on the Villa, the horse stable, where there are 3 double Nests (Nomad Nest, Hiker Nest and Design Nest) and also our Black Cabin on the backyard. You can also rent those to add more guests, if not they will be used by other guests, but we assure you have lots of space in between to grant you needed privacy.

All guests can use our barbecue area (available in Summer).

All accommodations are self-catering and self-check in. Cleaning and maintenance staff are available onsite during the day for any issues that may arise, and the host is available via phone anytime. At each accommodation you will find an Info Book with all of what to do and see around, you're virtual concierge that will cover most of your questions.

When you arrive you can park in our private parking for guests, and self check-in anytime after 4PM. Check-out is until 10AM.
