'Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. Highly recommend this place and you won’t be disappointed. Verona is awesome and the best stop so far on our Italy adventure. '

'We were looked after by the lovely Martina, who allowed us to check in early to drop off our bags and very kindly upgraded our room to have a balcony! The rooms and amenities were perfect, we were sad we were only staying overnight! It’s in the perfectly location right in the heart of the Verona, everything we needed was a 5-20 minute walk away depending which side of the river were we’re going to. We would absolutely recommend to anyone.'

'Great location, and amazing view (our room faced the river). Quick and courteous response to questions from "remote" service staff. Room and bath are quite large, however needing a little renovation. Dropping luggage, picking up key, the garage opener, and reaching the particulars of the parking garage instructions can be challenging when staff is not available (our case). Many restaurants nearby, which is useful since the unit does not offer breakfast. Overall, a great value'

'We did not want to leave. It’s that simple. This apartment is amazing and the attention to detail is fantastic. It’s completely renovated, by people who understand what guests want for a weekend away. Small details like a bluetooth audio system in all rooms, modern digital locks, lighting design and modern furniture make it a great apartment. Oh, and completely soundproof with modern widows and black-out drapes. Suite number 52 is an absolute hit. We could live there for a while comfortably....

'Totally amazing stay at the Lords of Verona Aparthotel. The front office staff are amazing and so helpful. The building is a fusion of history with modern furnishings. Rooms are huge, very clean and have everything needed. The staff restocked on coffee, tea etc every day. There is a large safe in the room for belongings and a lot of storage space. The hotel is situated in a lovely, quaint square which is in walking distance of everything. There are plenty of restaurants, cafe’s and bars nearby...

'The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful, talking us through the features of the property and mapping out a good route to see the local area, especially useful as we were only in the area for a day. The room and property overall is beautifully decorated. The only negative is a separate private bathroom which does involve crossing a communal area to reach, however each bathroom is exclusive to each room and the property provides bathrobes for each guest so this isn't a massive problem....
