Oceanfront House met prive-strand, terras en gameroom

Dit is een ruim, comfortabel huis, direct aan een zeer privé familiestrand, dat onlangs is gerenoveerd en gerenoveerd. Het is een huis met twee verdiepingen met vier slaapkamers (koning, koning, koningin en tweeling) en drie badkamers. Drie slaapkamers, met King, Queen en Twin bedden en twee badkamers bevinden zich boven; de andere slaapkamer met kingsize bed en bad, samen met een grote speelkamer met een slaapbank, bevinden zich beneden. De twee verdiepingen bieden veel gemeenschappelijke ruimte, wat leuk kan zijn met zelfs de naaste familie (d.w.z. tieners versus volwassenen). Het is perfect voor de uitgebreide familie en kan gemakkelijk meerdere generaties aan.

Buiten is het slechts een paar stappen naar het strand. Er zijn voldoende stoelen en ligstoelen, een omheinde binnenplaats met gasrooster, buitendouches en overdekte ruimte voor wat schaduw. Gewoon een geweldige strandlocatie!

De volledig uitgeruste keuken, woonkamer en slaapkamer boven kijken uit op de Atlantische Oceaan; en een comfortabel terras op de tweede verdieping met uitzicht op de oceaan biedt gasten een adembenemend uitzicht op de zonsopgang boven het water. Perfect om in de schaduw te zitten en de activiteiten op het onderstaande strand te bekijken.

Het huis is strategisch gelegen halverwege tussen de prestigieuze Ponte Vedra en de historische St. Augustinus biedt eten, winkelen en recreatie voor iedereen. Het huis wordt in het westen begrensd door een natuurreservaat en alleen eengezinswoningen aan de oceaan als buren. Dit zorgt voor een zeer rustige, ontspannende, veilige strandervaring.

Houd er rekening mee dat dit een rookvrij huis is en huisdieren niet zijn toegestaan. Ook mag het huis niet worden gebruikt als locatie voor bruiloften, reünies of andere evenementen waar mensen die niet in het huis verblijven, worden georganiseerd. De persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor de huur moet minimaal 25 jaar oud zijn en in het huis verblijven, en het maximale aantal toegestane gasten is tien.

Tijdens de piek zomermaanden, juni en juli, bieden we alleen week-lange zaterdag tot zaterdag verhuur. Er kunnen ook enkele andere periodes tijdens speciale evenementen zijn waar minimum verblijven of extra tarieven van toepassing zijn.

Wonderful!

The house was perfect for us! It was in a great location, peaceful, clean, and with plenty of room for all 8 of us. It was a short drive to St. Augustine, and we loved visiting the nature preserve behind the house (the entrance is about a mile away). We loved the outdoor space, which provided shade all day, and the outdoor shower! Communication was easy and timely. We have stayed in many beach houses over the years, and the vote was unanimous that this was the best one!

Great beach house

Tom's house is in a great location! You can walk off the deck into the sand. The ocean is his backyard. You can hear the waves when you go to sleep at night. We caught several species of fish, some we cooked and ate. Can't get any fresher than that! The nature preserve across the street is worth a visit. We drove into St. Augustine and had a couple of great dinners. The Spanish restaurant was the best. You will not regret staying at Tom's house!

Great home 10 feet from the Ocean

We had a total of eight in our family group and wanted a home by the ocean. This home is very spacious and only ten steps away from the beach. It allows your friends and family to spread out, enjoy playing games and eating together. Great location, near shopping and downtown.If you like walks on the beach and the water you found the right place!

Wonderful Family Retreat

Our family (6 adults; 4 kids) had an unbelievable stay at Tom’s property. The beach is secluded and the house is as close to the water as you can possibly get. The amenities in the house were great as we were able to split families between the upstairs and downstairs. We all loved the pool table and the outdoor shower, which made our evenings chill. The homeowner was awesome and attended to all our needs. Can’t wait to stay again!

Location, location, location

The location was beyond expectations. We were there for Memorial Day week and there were never more than fifty people within eyesight up and down the beach. Many times there were no people within eyesight. The house is literally ten steps from the beach. The only negative is that the house was not clean. Granted I am a type a person, but when my type b teenage daughter says it’s not clean then it needs a deep clean. The homeowner went above and beyond to make our stay nice. He checked on us to make sure we got there and during our stay. He also had the house stocked with all of the basics, like paper products, body soap, clothes soap, cleaning products. Overall this was one of our families best trips!

Dreaming of another vacation at this beach house

The house was spectacular. The host is wonderful. The views…the convenience…the everything. Enjoying the sunrise over the ocean while drinking a cup of coffee on the deck was so spectacular. As a mom with special needs kiddos, it was a treat to allow them to sleep in and know they were safe while I got “me” moments like this. When they woke, they enjoyed the quick walk down to the beach. If anyone had a melt down, it was a quick walk up to the house to get snacks, wash off with the outside shower and enjoy the house. This was a blessing to our family and we are thankful for this time away together in this beautiful beach house.

Great house in a spectacular location!

This is a very nice well equipped and comfortable home right on the beach. It was a perfect four day stay for six adults and a toddler. The lower level with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry is great for a young family. We had a fabulous time in the North Guana Preserve, the beach and exploring St. Augustine. The check-in process was simple and the owner readily available. We had a chance to meet and chat with owner. A great guy who clearly takes pride in the property and area. We highly recommend a stay at this home for anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful beach!

This beach could not be more beautiful! We loved the views and had a blast enjoying spending time on the deck and playing cornhole in the back. Everything we needed was provided. Our host was in constant communication and everything was super easy and convenient. Would definitely come again!

Lovely, Spacious House on the Beach that Feels like Home! The Beach is Your Backyard!

Ours was a short stay (unfortunately) prior to a Jaguars game, but it was lovely! We had everything we needed! Two levels facing the beach (ground and a wrap-around deck) provided maximum beach enjoyment. There are TVs everywhere in this house! Plenty of towels. Multiple restrooms. Games. Books. Lots of privacy. There's an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. There's a kitchen with plenty of utensils. We cooked all but one of our meals, saving lots of money. Best of all, the place feels like a home; there's a warmth about it that we all enjoyed. Tom is an excellent host, very communicative, and is close by in case his guests need anything. I highly recommend renting Tom's place and we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Property and owner response time

Very helpful with communication at all times. The. proximity to the beach was quite convenient including an outdoor shower and added to the comfortable outdoor setting. The comfortable, attractive furnishings inside added to the inviting stay taking full advantage of the ocean view. EXCELLENT STAY!
