A small villa for 5 people, a 15-minute drive from the sea, nestled among the olive groves of the Imperia hinterland. <br>Stunning ocean view!<br><br>The house is spread over two floors and features a lovely outdoor area shaded by a pergola, where you can enjoy relaxing lunches and dinners.<br>Outside, you’ll find a stone sink with hot and cold water, along with two benches.<br><br>On the first floor, there is a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a living area with a kitchen and a sofa-TV area.<br>The kitchen is equipped with a conventional oven and microwave, a refrigerator, dishes, and kitchen towels.<br><br>Upstairs, you’ll find the second bedroom, which sleeps 3 people, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.<br><br>The upper floor opens onto the terrace/sun deck, where you can fully enjoy sunny, breezy days while relaxing on a comfortable lounge chair.<br><br>We do not allow dogs, even though we love them, out of consideration for our neighbors.<br><br>Children are very welcome; for the little ones, we provide free beach toys and a small sandbox.<br>A travel crib is available upon request. <br><br>Upon your arrival, we will ensure that the house is clean and tidy, with a fresh set of all necessary linens provided.
