'Parking was a nightmare but soon sorted out. Service was above and beyond, owner driving around until he found a fish and chip shop open and bringing us back a lovely meal. Super breakfast with lots of choice.'

'Do not book this place!!! Absolute disgrace. My friend and i booked this as we went to watch the football at Elland road. We dropped off our stuff and went to the game. Half way through the game we get a call saying we can no longer stay there and that we had to give the key back and collect our bags now!! Had to miss most of the second half and completely ruined our evening. Also had to book somewhere new at last minute on a Friday night so had to pay top dollar. Never known anything like...

'Staff at Oulton Hall are the stand out feature. From check in to Oliver in the restaurant to the waiting staff at breakfast, all are well above expectations. Old school service where staff wait for you to pass rather than rushing to get where THEY need to be is actually quite refreshing these days. Can some things be improved, sure but this hotel has a lovely pool, great dinner and breakfast and just a lovely vibe. Check it out, for the most of us, it’s a wonderful experience. '
