'This Hotel is very clean with updates in room as well bath. Breakfast is great with good coffee. But for privacy we prefer higher level rooms, and they didn't grant us that. Next day storms hit the area and power outages were everywhere. Hotel has generator but only delivered power into the lobby but not the rooms, so they were hot. I know this is not the staff fault, but I feel staff can do better to comfort customers.'

'Clean room, friendly staff and decent breakfast. Bananas are seemingly popular for some reason. Anyway, shower curtains can use some replacing. Great black out curtains, good climate control, ok tv channel selection but remote was hard to work with. Bedding not bad, didn't wake up in pain. Dishes stocked in kitchen was useful. Sofabeds were the typical sofabeds, as expected. No indications or signs of bed bugs in neither form of bedding.'

'Definitely a good hotel. Not only is it spotless and new, but also it had all the amenities we needed. We had to book shortly in advance because of a family emergency and in hindsight we were very happy we could still be accomodated here. The hotel is perfectly located with shops (Wholefoods across the street !) and restaurants nearby (try the sushi at Yotsuba and the pizza at Pieology !). 'Had a power outage. needed a place to charge my phone and lay my head for a few days. I've always wanted to do a staycation at the Kingsley (IDKW) so once it came up during my search I decided to book even though it's not close to me at all. I wasn't disappointed. The room had great water pressure, so I really enjoyed my shower. The bed was comfy so I had the best rest. Let's not forget the cookies. 'This location is comfortable and convenient for a long-term stay. This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!'
