We got there in the morning and they let you leave your bags at the hotel till you come back for check in and then they were already in our room. On the day you leave they let you use the pool area and bathrooms and your towels till your ferry goes after checkout. 'Hotel in una buona posizione ma che non vale il prezzo. Colazione scarsa, pochissima scelta e mancanza di personale in sala. All'arrivo ci era stato detto che avevamo per il primo giorno i lettini e ombrellone inclusi ma arrivando in spiaggia abbiamo scoperto di non essere così. Abbiamo prenotato la cena allo stabilimento ma siamo rimasti deluso dalla cucina in quanto i cibi erano sicuramente imbustati (es insalata di mare) e poco saporiti. 'Mooi hotel maar wat ver gelegen van het centrum/haven/strand. Door regelmatige busverbinding van het hotel wel voldoende mogelijkheid om centrum te bezoeken. Wat echt tegenviel was dat we de 1e overnachting volledig moesten betalen terwijl we het eiland Ventotene niet konden bereiken omdat de veerboot niet vertrok door slechte weersomstandigheden. Dit gebeurt vaker op dit eiland dus we hadden enige coulance verwacht en hebben nu dubbele kosten moeten maken.'

Colazione sufficiente, poca varietà, anche se presente sia dolce che salato (sicuramente dovuto al periodo del soggiorno). Personale ospitale e disponibile.
