Welcome to the Chesa Quadrella, your exclusive retreat in the heart of the Engadine! Our central, modern and sun-drenched 1.5-room flat (38 m2, 1st floor) promises an unforgettable stay for 2-3 people. The spacious, partially glazed south-facing balcony, furnished and sheltered from the wind, invites you to relax in the fresh mountain air.The flat boasts a newly fitted kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, large fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and Nespresso machine. The bed-sitting room has a double wardrobe bed (two beds next to each other) and an extra bed if required. The interior is completed by a modern bathroom with a large shower and WC, while a washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the house for an extra charge. Entertainment is provided by a flat screen TV and free wireless LAN.Indoor table tennis and football, bike room, ski room, waxing room, free outdoor and covered parking, garage. Near bus stop, shopping facilities next door, cross-country ski runs. Non-smoking flat, pets not allowed. Owner lives in the house. Over Christmas/New Year we do not let the flat for less than 10 days.
