The Garden Cottage is een moderne, open cottage in het welvarende en aantrekkelijke gebied van Branksome Park, Poole en is door TripAdvisor bekroond met een certificaat van uitmuntendheid. Het huisje biedt alle verwachte moderne gemakken en luxueuze accenten van een boetiekretraite. Met 2 slaapkamers en flexibele slaapgelegenheid biedt het uitstekende accommodatie gericht op familie of vrienden.

Het huisje wordt benaderd langs een rustige en afgelegen woonstraat. Parkeren is mogelijk voor 2 auto's op de oprit en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid op straat. Bij binnenkomst van het pand wordt u begroet met een uitzonderlijk heldere, gewelfde open leefruimte. De gezellige lounge heeft een grote comfortabele bank met een flatscreen-tv, HI-Fi, WiFi en een houtkachel. Indien nodig kan de bank worden geopend tot een tweepersoonsbed. De keuken bevat alle nieuwe, moderne apparatuur, waaronder een oven, kookplaten, vaatwasser, Nespresso-apparaat en magnetron. Bij aankomst ontvangt u een eenvoudig welkomstpakket. Veel opslag is beschikbaar en bevat een geïntegreerde koelkast en vriezer. De eettafel biedt plaats aan 6 personen. Grote openslaande deuren geven toegang tot de beschutte en rustige tuin. Buiten zitten en dineren opties zijn voorzien op de belangrijkste patio en dek.

Via een paar trappen komt u in de hoofdslaapkamer met en-suite badkamer en een tweede slaapkamer naast het familietoilet, doucheruimte en aparte wasruimte. De lichte en luchtige hoofdslaapkamer bevat een kingsize bed, kledingkast en opbergruimtes en een flatscreen-tv. Verbonden is de en-suite met bad / douche, toilet en wastafel met make-upspiegel. De tweede slaapkamer bevat een tweepersoonsbed dat indien nodig in 2 eenpersoonsbedden kan worden gescheiden. Hoge kwaliteit voeringen en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Alle beddengoed en handdoeken worden om de 7 dagen vervangen.

Het huisje ligt op slechts 15 minuten lopen van het centrum van Westbourne en alle trendy winkels, bars en restaurants die het te bieden heeft of toegang tot het strand via Branksome Chine. Verder weg is er een gemakkelijke toegang tot de A35 of A338 die u respectievelijk naar Poole Quay of het stadscentrum van Bournemouth brengt.

Perfect relaxing stay

The garden cottage was the perfect place for our family to stay to visit relatives. The house is fully equipped for 6 people, kitchen fully equipped, washing machine and some laundry supplies. The beds weee comfortable and the house a delight. We enjoyed proximity to the beach, shopping, highway and town center. Ashley has a truly special place here and I’m hesitant to rave too much in case we can’t book it again because it gets too popular!!

Had a lovely stay with the family. Great space and a lovely touch of croissants jam and Easter eggs much appreciated ! Even sat on loungers outside on patio one afternoon. Fantastic find

The property was in a quiet residential area but well placed for accessing all of the beautiful surrounding areas. Able to walk to the beach and do lots of sightseeing. Lots of great places to eat. The cottage itself was immaculate and very modern and comfortable with a lovely private outside space in good weather. Would definitely recommend.

Fewell Wedding Weekend

The home was the most beautifully decorated space for us to use for our wedding weekend. Will look amazing in pictures. Ashley and Ashleigh were so accomodating letting us check in early and use the space with our suppliers. Was perfect location to the italian villa and plenty of space for me and my bridesmaids. The cottage is modern, exceptionally well appointed and maintained. We were all very comfortable and slept well. A quiet, private situation. Unlike many places in the area - access to the beach was an easy walk - only slightly hilly. I appreciated this very much as, due to health problems, hill walking is not my forte. The location overall is superb. We had a great holiday: 5* all round.

Very comfortable stay in a nice location.

The property is as described, very well appointed inside and out and well maintained. It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of greenery and established trees. This venue was booked for a family get together, but I'd happily stay here again as a couple or with friends. Whilst this was a fairly low-key break and mostly about just spending quality time together as a family, we did have some very minor queries and the hosts Ash and Ashleigh were very accessible and quick to help with these.

A very enjoyable stay

A very nice property in an excellent and quiet location between Bournemouth and Poole. Parking for two cars was a real benefit for two adult couples and the two bathrooms ( one en- suite and one next to the second, smaller bedroom)were a real bonus. The property was beautifully and tastefully furnished with plenty of space for four adults ( two couples) to share comfortably. We found the beds very comfortable. The outdoor space was well equipped with garden furniture and great to have as we were able have breakfast outside on the patio. It was an easy walk downbank to the beach through a very nice area. Ashley was an excellent host and was helpful but never intrusive. We all said how much we had enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Location

We had a lovely long weekend at this beautiful property, set in a stunning location in Bournemouth. The property was even nicer than in the photos, the finish was of the highest of standards, and with a lovely outdoor space too. Ashley and Ashleigh were very responsive on the build up to our trip, and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The property is just a few minutes drive from the gorgeous sandy beaches of Bournemouth, it was like being in California, as well as being close by to Sandy Balls and the amazing Durdle Door, if you are feeling adventurous. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a break on the south coast, and we hope to visit again in the future.

Really lovely relaxing place to stay and beautifully appointed property. My only concern was the steep steps leading to the cottage for the older generations, which could be remedied by discreet handrails, to compliment the excellent property build quality.

The Cottage was lovely and equipped with all you would need Spotlessly clean and really nicely positioned for everything BUT NOT SUITABLE for people with a disability as steps down to the Cottage are very deep with no handrail to assist you.This does only seem to be mentioned in one review not in description of cottage. This should be highlighted in Advert

Lovely accommodation- just disappointed in the second bedroom. The bed is very comfortable but there is no surface for products so had to use the windowsill and floor. The bedding was also inferior. Overall the bedroom was not equal in terms of luxury when two couples are sharing the cost. Kitchen area: there were items of chipped crockery, no egg cups, serving spoons or serving bowls.. The steep front steps are not mentioned in the description which may be an issue for some people. Our overall experience of the accommodation was very good but hope the above would help to improve the marketing of the property for the hosts.

A great property for a self catering stay.

The property was fitted and decorated to a high standard with everything you could possibly want. Everything was spotlessly clean and Covid safety was well covered. It was located in a quiet area but close to all amenities. Pubs restaurants, shops and beaches were a very short drive away or a 15-20 minute walk. Overall it is very hard to find any fault and I would highly recommend staying here.
