- Consequences of Noise Violations: Guest understands and agrees that any violation of the noise ordinance may result in immediate termination of the stay, removal from the property, and potential fines imposed by the City of Pooler
- Occupancy and Parking Limits: Guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the maximum occupancy limit and vehicle policy. The property allows a maximum of 11 guests and up to 4 vehicles
