The open-concept living area features a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including a coffee maker and a machine for other hot beverages. The one-and-a-half-seater sofa can easily be converted into a bed based on reservations and requests. The sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning independent of that in the living area. During the winter season, the apartment is heated with underfloor heating.
