This ground floor apartment of 40 m² (renovated in May 2023) and its private garden has a double bedroom and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people.



He has a living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home; hob, fridge-freezer, small oven, French press, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. The TV lounge area overlooks the garden. A bathroom (renovation 2026) and separate toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, the following are provided: a hair dryer, an ironing board and iron, and access to the annex which serves as a bike storage area and has a washing machine. You have a parking space within the residence.
