The cottage comprises two double bedrooms (140cm beds) on the upper floor. On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, top-mounted refrigerator, filter and capsule coffee makers (Senseo), dishwasher, toaster and kettle, and various kitchen appliances (electric wok, mini-chopper…).

The dining room-lounge has a television and provides access to the small garden and its terrace with furniture: sun loungers, table for outdoor meals, an electric barbecue, a fan and an electric awning.

A shower room (renovation 2026) and an independent toilet complete the rental.



The accommodation has an adjoining laundry room with a washing machine and additional refrigerator. For maximum comfort, you also have at your disposal a hairdryer, an ironing board and iron, a travel cot and a booster seat.



The residence allows you to have access to: a heated swimming pool from 8 May to 15 September, two tennis courts, a bowls court, a club house with table tennis tables and a children's play area.
