Ideally located in Pornic in a quiet area, in a private cul-de-sac, with private garage, close to everything, you can spend a pleasant stay without having to take your vehicle. The house is non-smoking.
For smokers, you can enjoy the courtyard. We are sure of your understanding and thank you for it.

You will have the complete accommodation, including:
- A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, with dining area overlooking the living room. (A table and 4 chairs)
- a living room with TV and 4 armchairs.
- a bathroom, with shower and toilet
- an upstairs bedroom with a wardrobe 2 large beds 140x190 (new bedding (beds, bed bases and mattresses Feb. 2021) as well as duvets and pillows Jan. 2022).
- a balcony accessible from the bedroom equipped with a coffee table and two low seats.
- a courtyard (terrace) with gas barbecue (grill and plancha) and for those who prefer charcoal barbecue, available for outdoor cooking with garden table, a large parasol and 4 chairs for dining.
- a closed garage (very practical for your vehicle, especially in summer and for your bikes and beach games), with a washing machine.

In the kitchen you will find:
- A dishwasher (with a few tablets available to start your stay included in the cleaning package)
- A microwave oven
- An oven
- A gas hob
- A hood
- A refrigerator
- A coffee maker (Senseo, think of your pods)
- A toaster
- A kettle
- Salt and pepper
- ...

We provide you with bed sheets and towels (1 per person included in the cleaning package placed at the foot of the beds)
Remember to bring your beach towels (not provided)

Minimum 2-night rental except July and August (weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday)

The cleaning package includes the cleaning of the house*, the supply and cleaning of household linen.

* The house must be returned in a state of cleanliness close to that when you entered the premises.
- Emptied garbage cans.
- Dishes done (it is tolerated that it is left clean in the dishwasher)
- Clean ovens
- Empty and clean refrigerators.

From the accommodation, everything is accessible without a car.
You will be close to the old port (1min), close to the train station (1min), close to the Thalasso and the spring beach (800m), close to the casino (6mins), close to a mini market (5mins), close to shops, close to many restaurants, and to go further close to bike rental companies (possibility to rent electric bikes)

We take care to be close to you without being intrusive.
We will welcome you (either Chrystèle or Yannick) and personally hand over the keys
We will communicate with you via this site and by SMS before, during, and after your stay if necessary.
