The apartment is ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned before your arrival, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay. Supplies are provided for your convenience: coffee and tea pods, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent pods.

Check-in and key pickup are handled on-site by our partner concierge, who will also be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.

The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people and is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
• A cozy and comfortable living room, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, and a TV—perfect for getting together and enjoying some downtime.
• A cozy dining room with a table and 6 chairs for sharing meals with family or friends. A high chair is also available for little ones.
• A fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation, featuring a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, and electric kettle.
• A comfortable first bedroom perfect for rest, featuring a double bed (140 x 200), a closet, an armchair, and bedside tables and lamps.
• A second bedroom designed for children, furnished with a bunk bed to provide them with a practical and cozy sleeping area.
• A functional and pleasant bathroom, equipped with a shower, a sink, and a towel warmer.
• A separate toilet.

On the first floor:
• A master suite with a double bed (140 x 200), an armchair, a fan, nightstands, and lamps. It features an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, sinks, a towel warmer, and a toilet. A travel crib and a baby bathtub are also available for families. The bedroom has a large fixed picture window that lets in plenty of light and overlooks the living area of the duplex. This floor therefore has no direct access to the outdoors.

Enjoy the outdoors on the furnished balcony or in the 500 m² shared garden, accessible to all residents.
A shared outdoor swimming pool and wading pool are also available from June 15 to September 15.
There are 2 marked parking spaces available at the bottom of the residence.
