Cocoonr offers this charming 100 m² house in Pornic, less than 650 metres from La Source beach, to rent for up to 8 people.

It comprises a 38 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 38 m² living room with TV, fireplace (first flambé offered), sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds that can form a king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Bedroom 4: with a double sofa bed and a cot
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 35 m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Pornic, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
