Barnacle Hill Beach Cabin in de straat van Juan De Fuca in de prachtige PNW

Whiskey Creek Beach NW heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het rechte stuk van Juan De Fuca. De Barnacle Hill hut ligt net boven het prachtige kiezelstrand met vrij uitzicht op de Canadese Cascade Mountains. We hebben ook extra hutten aan het water, volledige aansluitende camperplekken en tentenkamperen. Neem contact met ons op voor beschikbaarheid.

Barnacle Hill is een rustieke en off-grid cabine met een kleine woon / eetkamer, keuken, badkamer en douche. Er is geen elektriciteit. Alle apparaten en lampen worden gevoed via propaan. De cabine beschikt ook over een houtkachel om u op de koele NW-avonden warm te houden. Alle bedden bevinden zich in de woonkamer. Er is een koningin, een stapelbed en een stapelbed voor maximaal 4 personen. Deze hut biedt een fantastisch uitzicht op het water. Ontspan op het strand of breng uw boot naar een van de beste vissen en krabben in de Pacific NW. Je zult deze plek nooit vergeten! Maak er een familietraditie van!

Gelegen op slechts 25 minuten buiten Port Angeles, kunnen onze gasten genieten van de rust en schoonheid van het Olympisch schiereiland met gemakkelijke toegang tot de stad en enkele van de beste wandel-, jacht-, vis- en ontdekkingsmogelijkheden die u ooit zult vinden. Er is zoveel te doen in en rondom het Olympic National Forest, dus neem rustig de tijd en geniet van uw verblijf!


De nabijgelegen ingangen van het Olympic National Park zoals de Sol Duc, Hurricane Ridge, Hoh Rain Forest en Cape Flattery maken deze locatie tot een uitstekend "basiskamp" van waaruit u het Olympisch schiereiland kunt verkennen en steden als Forks, Neah Bay en stranden zoals Shi Shi Beach en Hobuck Beach. Verken de parken, wandel langs de rivieren (Dungeness, Elwha en nog veel meer), kajak op Lake Crescent of ga rechtdoor in de Straat vanaf onze eigen boothelling. Geniet tijdens de winter en herfst van de ware aard van de Pacific Northwest: observeer het hoge water, stormvloeden en af ​​en toe dichte zeemist vanuit het comfort van uw gezellige hut. Je gaat deze plek geweldig vinden!

Rustic and quaint ocean view cabin

We truly enjoyed staying here. My husband loves to fish and this place reminded him of a fisherman’s cabin but with a more elegant and relaxing Vibe. Easy checkin and the surrounding area was amazing. It was warm and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great location as listed, the Barnacle Hill hut had all the essentials you'd expect of a hotel room. Water was always hot, room comfortable temp. Only thing would be better is screen's on the window's and a screen door so you can keep air flowing through at night without bugs.

Lovely, Perfect, Rustic, Private Peak Experience

This cabin was the surprise hit of our entire trip. I am not exaggerating when I say it will be one of our all time favorite life experiences. The beautiful location, the privacy, and the ocean views out the huge picture windows are what made this stay a pinnacle experience. The rustic nature of the cabin with its distressed wood, fireplace heater, and kerosene lamp made us feel like we had stepped out of real life for a time and could truly relax and unplug. Yet it still had enough modern conveniences to keep us comfortable such as a gas stove and oven, French press, provided coffee grounds and cream & sugar, cooking utensils and dishes, wifi, and outlets to charge our phones. They even provided cooking oil and shampoo in the shower! The instant water heater worked very well and you could have very hot water as long as you wanted. The living area was very comfortable and we definitely took advantage of the extra blankets on those chilly ocean nights. We did have to close the curtains on all but the ocean-facing windows due to this building being in a complex/resort. But once the curtains were shut you could have complete privacy. The only things that were not clear from the listing were that there are no rooms; it’s all one big room like a studio apartment would be. The other thing we misunderstood from the listing was the distance to the water. We thought this cabin was right on the water but it was actually up the hill about 40 yards. Overall an amazing experience!!!

Absolutely Perfect

No, literally— it’s perfect. It’s better than glamping. You know that 10 hour YouTube video you play of ocean sounds to sleep? That’s this place but it’s right outside the window: you can smell it. I put my phone on airplane mode for 72 hours and just stared out the windows. Phenomenal. Guess how many emails I read. That’s right, not a single one. Email doesn’t even exist here. The cabin itself has everything; you might think, “oh it’s rustic” but you’ll still be able to charge your phone, shower, have coffee, electric lights, heat, cook whatever you want. You will want for nothing. There’s a little book that lists local restaurants if you’re into that, but I’d recommend just bringing groceries and cooking things yourself. Nearby hiking spots are very good and easy for even the most inexperienced hikers. The hosts are wonderful, they keep in touch, and leave nothing unprepared.

Scenic getaway close to Mt Olympic National Park

My husband and I are not disappointed that we happened upon this gem on VRBO. WOW! Absolutely fantastic stay. Our main goal was to see as much of Olympic National park as possible in 3 full days, and this property was in a GREAT location for that. On top of that, what a wonderful place to come back to after full days of hiking and sightseeing. The mornings at the cabin were spent tidal pooling right outside our cabin, and evenings were spent watching the most gorgeous sunsets. Book this property now, you will not regret it!

Seaside cabin w amazing view

We had a great stay at the Jasper Inn Cabin. Tim was very easy to communicate with and stayed in touch throughout our time there to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We saw bald eagles swoop past the shore and a curious sea otter inspecting the humans from the wave break. We really enjoyed our rustic and very charming little cabin by the sea.
