Manoir Privé, in the heart of 55ha, Pressoir à la ferme near beautiful beaches

We invite you to stay at our vacation rental, “Le Pressoir,” located on the grounds of the medieval manor house at Parc d’Ourville (a Historic Monument) in Saint-Lô d’Ourville, in the town of Portbail-sur-Mer (on the west coast of the Cotentin Peninsula), in the canton of Barneville-Carteret.
This spacious 250-square-meter vacation rental, featuring exceptional amenities, includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate 12 people.
The first floor (with a bedroom and bathroom) is accessible to guests with limited mobility.
The building’s spectacular open spaces, hardwood floors, terracotta tiles, lime-washed walls, and monumental antique beams—all surrounding the old wine press tower—will immerse you in the authentic charm of the Cotentin’s historic estates.
You’ll be staying at the Parc d’Ourville estate, a former knight’s fiefdom with a history dating back over a thousand years.
You can also explore the 140-hectare farm and discover our organic herds of suckler cows and sheep, as well as horses, pigs, and other farmyard animals...
The immediate proximity to the beach and the Cotentin dunes (3.5 km from the manor), as well as the many activities available in the surrounding area (horseback riding, golf, hiking, sailing, fishing, sightseeing, the Cité de la Mer, etc.) promise you and your family a vacation that can be either peaceful or active—but in any case, relaxing, refreshing, and enriching.
At “Le Pressoir,” you’ll have access to a private courtyard with parking for 5 vehicles, a terrace with a barbecue, and a green space overlooking a pasture where horses, cows, or sheep will likely be grazing!
On the first floor, you’ll find a large room with impressive beams, one of which is a remnant of the medieval long-squeeze wine press. You can relax around the old tower and enjoy a large flat-screen TV and the warmth of a wood-burning stove.
You’ll also have access to a fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, microwave, oven, and induction cooktop, dishwasher, etc.) as well as a bedroom and bathroom accessible to guests with limited mobility.
On the first floor, a large mezzanine with a play area leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms here was once reserved for the lord’s accountant!

On the second floor, another loft with a relaxation area leads to two bedrooms—one of which has a TV—and a bathroom.
