All three homes are equipped with cargo lifts, which are perfect for limited mobility guests. It also helps get your luggage into the homes!

Oceandreamz has 8 total bedrooms - 6 king bedrooms - 4 king master en suite bedrooms - 1 queen x4 en suite bedroom and 18 beds total! 55" smart tvs in all bedrooms. 65" smart tvs in the living rooms. 3 living rooms with plenty of seating plus an additional 3rd story game room!

Pooldreamz has 5 total bedrooms - 4 King bedrooms - 2 king master en suite bedrooms - 1 queen x 8 en suite bedroom and 12 beds total! 55" smart tvs in all bedrooms. 75" smart tvs in the living rooms. 2 living rooms with plenty of seating and a game room!

Seadreamz has 5 total bedrooms - 4 King bedrooms - 2 king master en suite bedrooms - 1 queen x 8 en suite bedroom and 12 beds total! 55" smart tvs in all bedrooms. 75" smart tvs in the living rooms. 2 living rooms with plenty of seating and a game room!


Fully stocked kitchens with everything you'll need to cook huge meals for many! Three kitchens combined have four ovens, four refrigerators, 7 ice makers (4 in freezers plus 3 stand alone on the counters), 4 microwaves , and three dishwashers.

All three homes are equipped with TWO sets of washers and dryers! 6 SETS TOTAL!

3rd story (oceandreamz) & 2nd story (pooldreamz & Seadreamz) game rooms offer amazing ocean views, as well as 65" & 75" smart tvs, mini fridges, pool tables, arcade game tables, and fitness equipment (treadmills, dumbbells, yoga mats, jump ropes, and ab rollers). There is also a desk and chair for any business needs per house!

All decks are furnished with ample outdoor furniture for your lounging pleasure. Each home also has two outdoor gas grills (6 total) for all of your outdoor cooking needs!

Under each home you will find mini putt putt, an outdoor shower, huge outdoor bar area with wifi alexa speaker, 65" & 55" outdoor tvs, ping pong table, sets of bags games, one washers game, one ladder toss game, two outdoor fans, mini fridge, and plenty of outdoor seating.

The entire area under each house and back yard is fully fenced for your privacy and pets! It is also beautifully landscaped with multiple palm trees!

4 HOT TUBS TOTAL! Oceandreamz has two hot tubs. One is located on the main deck overlooking the ocean and the other is located next to the bar under the home. Pooldreamz has one hot tub on the main deck overlooking the ocean. Seadreamz has one hot tub on the main deck overlooking the ocean.

Each backyard is built out with an amazing outdoor firepit with 15 chairs surrounding! (Firepit wood is provided for all 3 houses). There is also a full playground set as well as a heated/cooled salt water pool over looking the ocean per backyard! Each pool deck has private gates that can be locked for safety. Each pool also has a removable volleyball net as well as a basketball hoop! Each backyard also has a gate adjoining the other backyards together as well as private beach access.

The homes have outdoor security cameras but they are disarmed during each stay. There are no camera inside the home.

We offer a beach package that can be rented for $375 per night. This must be rented for the entire stay of your trip. The beach package includes sand toys, #6 10x10 outdoor canopy's, #6 Frisbees, #6 water footballs, #12 skim boards. #12 bodyboards, #64 beach chairs, and 3 JBL Extreme 2 portable Bluetooth speakers.

We also offer 3 6 seater golf carts with built in Bluetooth speakers. All three must be rented at once for this property. The golf carts can be rented for $600 per night. The golf carts must be rented for the entire stay of your trip. (3 golf carts total)
