The Space:

This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on the canal in the gated Laguna Harbor subdivision. Step outside on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee in the Gulf breeze.

Enjoy beautiful water views from anywhere on the deck.



Relax in the spacious living room while watching TV and enjoying high speed internet for your devices. The modern style kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook a wonderful family meal or just a quick snack. (Including a Keurig coffee machine) For your convenience, there is even a Pack n Play and highchair for babies! If you just HAVE TO work, you can do so remotely by plugging your laptop into the 34 inch monitor.



With 1500 square feet, this home sleeps 12 comfortably. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and its own entrance to the deck outside. Bedroom two has a queen and a twin bed, and bedroom three has a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin bed.



Downstairs, there is an outdoor shower, picnic table and charcoal BBQ pit available to use. After catching your limit of fish, pull your boat right up to the house and tie off to the boat slip. No boat? Kids and adults will love fishing right outside of this cabin in the canal. We also have two kayaks with lifejackets available for your use.

This cabin is ideal for anyone who enjoys the peace and quiet of the water and fishing. This house is a Bayside fishing dream!



Small dogs (up to 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
