Start your mornings on the second-story balcony with ocean views and a fresh cup of coffee, or head to the wraparound deck to catch the coastal breeze. Spend your days at the beach, then return to unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the tiki bar, or challenge the group to ping pong or cornhole.



Inside, the open living spaces make it easy to spend time together. Two private master suites offer peaceful retreats, the bunk room is perfect for kids, and Smart TVs in every room make it easy to wind down after a full day outside. Located just minutes from the Big Store and local restaurants, everything you need is close by.



KEY AMENITIES

• Well Equipped Kitchen: Stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, serving utensils, and place settings for group meals. Large French door refrigerator and an air fryer for quick bites.

• Coffee Setup: Keurig Duo for both drip coffee and K-Cups, plus a starter supply of sugars, stirring sticks, and tea bags.

• Entertainment: Roku Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room—just bring your own passwords for streaming. Ping pong and cornhole available for friendly competition.

• Outdoor Living: Wraparound deck with plenty of seating and a swinging chair. Ground-level entertainment area with a 7-person hot tub, tiki bar with sink and lighting, and a covered patio for relaxed outdoor dinners.

• Beach Gear: Umbrella, chairs, wagon, cooler, and other essentials provided to make beach days easy.

• Comfort & Convenience: Electric fireplace, washer/dryer, and high-speed internet for longer stays or remote work.

The Neighborhood:

The Tideland subdivision is one of the premier neighborhoods on the entire peninsula. It's centrally located, close to the beach, and surrounded by beautiful houses. Truly one of the best areas to spend your time away!



Other Things to Note:

• Shower dispensers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you have allergies or prefer specific products, please bring your own.



• This is a home, not a hotel. While I’ll do my best to resolve any issues quickly, please note that no one is living on-site 24/7.



• Regular pest control helps keep critters out, but being in nature means insects and rodents are part of the environment. Keeping doors and windows closed is the best way to prevent them from coming inside.



• A starter pack including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, soap, a sponge, and makeup remover is provided. This may not cover your entire stay, so for any extra or preferred items, please visit The Big Store or Valero’s Corner Store.



• For your safety and the security of the property, there is an exterior security camera monitoring the front driveway, as well as the top of the stairs/front door. It records video and audio. Tampering with, covering, or disabling the camera is strictly prohibited and may result in early termination of your reservation without refund.



• A 3.5% Cancellation Fee will be applied to every reservation, regardless of timing. This is due to our payment processor, Stripe, charging us that fee for an transaction.



Interaction with Guests:

I aim to make your stay as memorable as possible, and will be a message away if you need me, but our level of interaction is up to you. A key on site allows for self check-in and check-out
