The beach is walking distance no major roads to cross. Our home is perfectly located, no traffic. Most often the waves, wind and the wild life are the only sounds of the evening. It's just far enough away for quiet and just close enough to have ease of access. The home has everything you could want in a beach house. Tiki bar, mini fridge outdoor shower, tons of beach toys, a wagon to cart it all if willing. Tesla Charger, Fenced yard, plenty of parking, connections for an RV. Charcoal l grill, and outside swing. Black out curtains in the main bedroom, central air, and ceiling fans in all living spaces. Bedroom comes with a portable box fan for your comfort. Plenty of locations to charge your electronics, portable speaker for beach jams. Two twin beds in the main living area are perfect for kids. We are a family of 4 and this is our happy place!
