Sip 'N Sea - 2019 gebouwd met alle voorzieningen en op slechts een minuut lopen naar het strand!

Mooi ingerichte nieuwbouw met alles wat u nodig heeft voor een perfecte strandvakantie! Home is aan het einde van Culdesac op enorm veel met veel parkeergelegenheid en privacy. Groot dek boven is geweldig om rond te hangen, naar de golven te luisteren en naar de oceaan te kijken. Deck heeft zon en schaduw. Grote onderhoudende ruimte beneden verwelkomt familie en vrienden om rond te hangen, te koken op gasgrill en op en neer te dineren met eetgedeelte op beide dekken. Ook leuke bar, paardenschoenen en Bimini.
Beneden douche is handig voor een snelle spoeling bij terugkeer van strand of het nemen van uw douche voor de nacht! Als je wilt vissen, gebruik dan het visreinigingsstation achter de douche om je vangst voor te bereiden! Foto's vertellen het verhaal van dit huis meer dan woorden. Genieten!!

We stayed at Sip ‘N Sea for a total of 4 nights and our stay was wonderful. The host (Carin) communicated well before our stay so we knew what to expect. The beach was a 5min walk and we enjoyed it every day during our stay. The house was clean and we had plenty of room for the 6 in my family that came along. Everything was fantastic and I look forward to coming back to Crystal Beach in the future. I hope this property is available when we head back! :)

Stunning Retreat

The home was absolutely stunning with beautiful furnishings and appliances, gorgeous and unique coastal decorations, beautiful outdoor furniture, huge deck and beautiful sunsets. We rent regularly in West Beach in Galveston, but this home was one of the most impressive homes we have stayed in with all the beautiful decor. Perfect Family Getaway

Family and Kid Friendly

Beautiful home! We have a 3 year old and 10 year old and they both were entertained with the nearby beach and plenty of indoor and outdoor toys the home provided! The kitchen was spacious, comfy beds and beautiful deck! We made good use of the grill along with the provided outdoor games! There was a missing sheet on one of the beds and I felt the check-out list was a little bit tedious so give yourself plenty of time to begin the process. Overall- we had a great stay and made wonderful memories!

Our forever getaway!

This was our first time staying at Sip ‘N Sea and definitely not our last! It was the cleanest property and felt like a home away from home. The open layout was perfect and the house had everything you needed, and more! The patio was perfect with a lot of different seating, and you can see and hear the ocean waves. It feels more private with no one on either side of you. We are already talking about our next trip! Our kids 1 and 4 had the best time! I can see making this a yearly trip for us and we look forward to making more memories at this property!

The perfect beach house!

We had the best experience with this perfect beach house. It was extremely clean, super cute, and perfect for our group of teenage girls we had with us. We had the slight mishap of the house being struck by lightning but the property manager was wonderful during the ordeal. She made sure we had everything we needed and got things fixed right away. We will definitely be booking here again!

Great Property

Property was perfect for our family…grandparents, son & daughter-in-law & grandkids. VERY short walk to the beach (the little wagon on site was perfect!), accommodations were beautiful & everything we could possibly need was provided!! Only issue was the mosquitoes were terrible. Luckily, we’d brought fans to use outside because the temps are so high this summer. We would stay here again!
