Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom beach house in Crystal Beach! Located just a 5-minute walk from the Gulf, this home offers all the essentials for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With 4 queen beds and 1 king bed, there's plenty of space for families or groups to unwind.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, and a cozy living area for gathering after a day at the beach. Whether you prefer a quick drive or a short stroll, you’ll find the beach easily accessible. Ideal for making lasting memories!

Two of the bedrooms feature two queen beds each, while the third boasts a king-sized bed in the master suite, complete with a spacious private bathroom. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway between the queen rooms, providing easy access for everyone. Each room includes a smart TV for streaming.

Head downstairs to enjoy the charcoal grill and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach

The entire house is yours to enjoy, with the exception of the attic, the renter’s closet (located beside the fridge), and the garage.

I won’t be available in person during your stay, but feel free to reach out anytime via the Airbnb app, call, or text. I typically respond right away, but if I’m unavailable, you can expect a reply within 30 minutes at most.

There are two security cameras, one overlooks the driveway and one overlooks the front doorway.

-Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests (guests that are on the reservation) are allowed at the house. Any visitors must be disclosed and approved by me.
-DO NOT PARK UNDER THE HOUSE. Park only on the driveway. Be very careful that you do not hit the pilings with your vehicle
-Absolutely NO SMOKING
-No parties or events
-Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property
-Do not leave out any food out that will attract unwanted pests
-Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
-If there's any accidental damage, let me know ASAP and I'll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
-Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours
-If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
-Please do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor, during your stay. This includes chairs, picnic tables and any and all furniture in the house.
-Grill downstairs on the patio area only. Grilling on the deck is prohibited and against Galveston County ordinance. PLEASE CLEAN THE GRILL AFTER USE
-If you go to the beach, please rinse sand off in the shower under the house. Leave your sandy shoes on the deck by the front door.
-Do not flush feminine hygiene products, or anything other than what is expected to be flushed down the toilet, it will damage the septic system.
-Do not pour grease down the drains.
-If something is accidentally broken, let me know ASAP. (We understand that accidents occur and things can be broken. If this happens, please contact us so we can replace or repair damaged items. However, if damage occurs due to malicious or careless behavior, responsibility for replacement or repairs may be at renters’ expense.)
-Please lock doors upon departure.
-If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
-If renter must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, full refund will be given. If renter must evacuate during their stay due to tropical storm/hurricane, they will be credited for all days lost.
-We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters.
- By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
- The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is at visitor’s own risk.
-Please keep in mind that this is our home and we ask that you respect it as we would respect yours.
