Gaming System (Nintendo Switch) provides a nice opportunity for young and old to bond, or just something for the kids to do while you plan your day.

The home is open concept with the Master Bedroom, Dining Area and Kitchen off the Patio side of the home. This is very relaxing, providing the kind of views your family hopes for on vacation.

Beds are comfortable and rooms are simple to relax in.

1.5 baths provides ample opportunity to prepare for the day, and to refreshen up after a long day enjoying the area.

The GEM is the Outdoor area. The Dry Dock area (patio) provides SOOOO much room to spread out and enjoy the fun and the sun.....or just a morning cup of coffee, or evening glass of wine. Patio furniture is available, but a majority is stored for the Winter months (November to March)

Home is equipped with the following Surveillance cameras, fully disclosed locations and coverage areas as agreed by all VRBO Hosts:
1. Front Ring Doorbell (coverage includes the entire front entryway)
2. Ring Cam mounted above garage (coverage area includes the main parking area from main parking by the Main Home's garage area, to the road monitoring all vehicles entering the property from the street)
3. Ring Cam mounted outside on the Pool/Patio area (1 ring camera - located at entry point to the back patio on the fence - Cameras positioned to cover the back patio area / pool area and Guest House Entry).

Jack Daniel's Bar is set up with its own 42" TV (equipped with Nintendo Switch this season!). Several games, including some classic games are provided, and feel free to bring your own. We'll offer the Nintendo Switch until Guests don't properly care for the unit. This area is quite relaxing (see pics). Great place for some family bonding, stream your favorite team on ESPN APP.....or just grab a drink with the fellas, or the Misses!

Full Kitchen with everything you'll need with few exceptions (if there's something missing.....let us know, we may add it for your next stay!)

Seating for the entire group (POLYWOOD) available year round (limited in November-March).

A Great area to relax, grill and entertain. This is a true Quality Time area for you and your family and friends.

Large Patio with many seating options including bench seating, table top seating and a built in bar for 4 to enjoy a drink while enjoying some gorgeous sunsets any time of year!

Grounds - We would love to see folks enjoying the property, we only ask that you stay clear of the Pole barn as it represents part of the home upkeep and Maintenance (Lawncare etc) Area, and that area is not part of your stay (please do not block the Pole Barn Entrance).

Front porch, front and side yards are great for a walk or for the kids to burn off some energy!


We are located less than 1 mile from the PC City limits, a hop, skip and jump from the home!

BONUS - NO Direct NEIGHBORS (closest being a few hundred yards away with an empty lot between their property and ours...... play your music, entertain and play your music at your level! (no direct neighbors to bother).

Short drive down the road to Jolly Rogers (for Perch and Walleye!) and Slaters Food and Spirits, The Jet Express (to Put In Bay) as well as our local Port Clinton shops!

Enjoy places like "Ala Carte", "Northern Exposure" (great gift shop) as well as places like "The GristMill", "The Bait House", "Docks Beach House", "Bootleggers", "McCarthy's Irish Pub", "The Brick House" and "Slaters Food and Spirits"!

Did I mention the newly renovated Jolly Rogers Restaurant for local Perch / Walleye Dinners and more!! I did....but its exceptional!

You're about 2 miles from downtown Port Clinton area, and a Beautiful walk along the Lake Erie Shores! I recommend spending an evening on foot, seeing where your feet decide to take you!

Hop in your car for a Short Drive to the Marblehead Lighthouse (15 mins), Cedar Point (25 mins) and all the fishing options you could possibly want (plenty of on shore spots for Dad / Daughter fishing days, and those who simply like to walk and cast. I'm an avid fishermen, just ask!
